Levin Family Dental
The Levin Family Dental project is a 2,800 square foot interior renovation on the sixth floor of an office building in southeast Denver. The doctors existing office is in the adjacent suite and the project included approximately 300 square feet of overlapping floor area. A phased approach to the construction minimized the time the office was closed. Patient treatment stations are centered on tall strip windows that provide views to the mountains in the distance.
Working with Meg Miller, a friend of the dentist and prominent contemporary artist in Denver, a soothing finish palette of earth and water tones was developed to give the space an elegant, spa-like appearance. Sustainable features include recycled glass terrazzo countertops, zero VOC paints, dual flush toilets, hands-free faucets and FSC certified wood doors.
Scott M B Gustafson was the designer, specification writer and project manager for this building while at JoeArchitect in Denver, CO.
